Discord Integration
When a Discord server administrator links their server to Gamebeast and installs the Gamebeast bot, we collect activity data from that server on the administrator's behalf: member join/leave events, messages and message metadata (including message content), reactions, voice channel activity, and server configuration changes. This data is associated with your Discord user ID, is visible only to the studio that administers the linked server, and is used solely to provide community analytics and aggregate sentiment insights to that studio.
We retain Discord-derived data for as long as the server remains linked to Gamebeast and the studio uses it, and we delete it on request. Any server member can opt out of collection at any time by using the /gamebeast optout command in the server; opted-out members' activity is not recorded. Any server member can also request deletion of the data we hold about them by using the /gamebeast delete command; we complete such requests within 30 days. We do not use Discord data to train machine-learning models, and we do not sell it or share it with third parties except as described elsewhere in this policy.
