Gamebeast Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. The Program
Gamebeast runs a referral program that lets you earn a bonus by bringing new customers to the platform. By participating, you agree to these terms. We can modify, pause, or end the program at any time. When we make material changes, we'll post notice on our website or Discord. Changes don't apply retroactively to referrals you've already submitted.
2. Who Can Participate
To be eligible, you must be: • An individual 18 years or older, or a registered legal entity • Not a government employee or official (including state-owned enterprise employees), in any jurisdiction • Not located in or organized under the laws of any country subject to U.S. OFAC sanctions, including Russia, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or any region added to OFAC's sanctions list after the date of these terms You also cannot refer yourself, your own entity, or any entity in which you hold 10% or more ownership or exercise material control. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and disqualify participants at any time, including after a referral is submitted.
3. How Referrals Work
Beast Tier: The referred party must click and accept your referral link. No referral link at signup/upgrade, no credit — we can't apply credit retroactively. Enterprise: No code needed. The referred party just needs to name you when they start the Enterprise onboarding process. We can't credit referrals after onboarding is complete. Expiration: Referrals are valid for 180 days. If the referred party hasn't signed up and paid within that window, the referral expires. For active Enterprise prospects, we may extend this on written request. Competing claims: If two people claim credit for the same customer, we go by whichever referral was submitted first in our records.
4. What You Earn
You earn 5% of what the referred customer pays at initial signup/upgrade, capped at $10,000 per referral. The bonus is based on the amount Gamebeast actually collects, net of taxes, fees, and any refunds. The following do not qualify for a bonus: • Renewals or contract extensions • Plan upgrades by existing paying customers • Referrals where you and the referred customer have a material relationship — shared ownership, employer/employee, immediate family, or similar • Non-cash arrangements, barter, trade credits, or deferred payment structures • Customers already in Gamebeast's sales pipeline before your referral was submitted — we use our CRM as the record of truth Participating in the Referral Program doesn't make you a Gamebeast employee, agent, or partner, and doesn't give you authority to represent or bind us.
5. Getting Paid
We pay by ACH or wire transfer in USD only. No PayPal, Venmo, crypto, checks, or gift cards. Before we can pay you, you'll need to submit a completed W-9 (U.S. persons) or W-8BEN / W-8BEN-E (non-U.S. persons). The 60-day payment clock starts only after the referred customer's payment is confirmed and your tax documentation is accepted. We'll let you know within 10 business days if there's a problem with your documentation. If a referred customer's payment is later refunded or charged back, we'll recover the corresponding bonus by offsetting future payments if possible, or by requesting direct repayment if not. Our right to claw back a bonus expires 12 months after it was paid. You're responsible for providing accurate payment details; we're not liable for misdirected payments due to errors on your end.
6. Rules
Don't misrepresent our products, pricing, or capabilities. Don't claim to be a Gamebeast employee or authorized reseller. Don't spam. Don't use our trademarks without written permission. Don't share confidential information — pricing, deal terms, customer details — that you learn through this program. Don't game the system. If you break these rules, we can disqualify you and claw back any bonuses paid.
7. Disputes and Decisions
Gamebeast resolves all referral program disputes — eligibility, attribution, calculations, pipeline status, related-party questions, payment — at our sole and absolute discretion. Our decisions are final. By participating, you agree to this. Nothing here prevents either party from pursuing claims of fraud or willful misconduct in court.
8. Liability
GAMEBEAST'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU IN CONNECTION WITH THE REFERRAL PROGRAM SHALL NOT EXCEED $10,000 USD IN THE AGGREGATE, AND SHALL BE NO LESS THAN $100 USD. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. You agree to indemnify Gamebeast against third-party claims arising from your conduct in the program — misrepresentations to prospects, legal violations, and the like. Your indemnification exposure is capped at $50,000. This cap doesn't affect our separate right to claw back bonuses under Section 5.
9. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes not resolved under Section 7 are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts in King County, Washington. These terms are the complete agreement between us on the Referral Program and supersede any prior discussions or representations. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest of the terms remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision on a given occasion doesn't waive our right to enforce it later.
